Education
Every Mortgage Broker and Loan Officer are required to maintain 15 hours of continuing education in order to maintain their licenses.
GHAMB provides education classes and seminars, of which many are FREE to members.

Certificates are provided approximately one week later by email upon completion of the entire course. Credits issued have been approved by the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending.
