Memberships

Join one, join them all. One membership entitles you to the benefits of the national, state and local levels for an entire year. Memberships are individual; not company based, and may not be transferred.

Online Registration

PROFESSIONAL ($350) any individual licensed as a mortgage broker in Texas who agrees to comply with the Association's code of ethics and standards of professional practice. Professional members may vote and serve on committees.

AFFILIATE ($350 for initial company member and $150 for additional company members) any individual whose business is other than that of a licensed mortgage broker or loan officer. Affiliate Membership is designed for wholesale lenders, title companies, appraisal companies or other staff personnel of a company who have an interest in supporting mortgage brokers in general and the association in particular. Loan processors or closers working for a licensed mortgage broker member may join at the $150 additional company member rate. A person may not join at the additional company member rate unless there is a $350 member with a current membership.

LICENSED LOAN OFFICER ($99) any individuals licensed as loan officers in Texas who agree to comply with the Association`s code of ethics and standards of professional practice. Associate members are not entitled to vote, but may serve on committees.

BROKER EMPLOYEE ($99) employees of Professional Members in Texas who agree to comply with the Association's code of ethics and standards of professional practice. Associate members are not entitled to vote, but may serve on committees.

Conventions and Meetings NAMB's annual convention offers unique opportunities to develop professional skills, discover the latest technology, network with peers and meet with the largest gathering of lenders and other suppliers in the industry.

Legislative Advocacy NAMB represents the mortgage broker industry on Capitol Hill by promoting legislation, negotiating with regulatory agencies, and working in partnership with other associations to achieve our public policy goals.

NAMBPAC NAMB PAC works for the interests of the mortgage broker. This voluntary nonpartisan political action committee works to raise awareness of mortgage broker issues in our nation s capitol providing members with an opportunity to participate in the political process.
